Super maison avec piscine exceptionnelle.
Points + :
– Localisation proche de la plage
– Maison full équipée avec Barbecue, cuisine complète, 4 chambres, etc
– piscine incroyable
– Jardin magnifique avec oiseaux qui chantent et palmiers géants
– Belle localisation et proximité avec la plage
Points moins positifs :
– La plage la plus proche n’est pas la plus belle de Marbella donc il faut marcher un peu plus pour accéder aux belles plages
– Certains lits dans la maison sont de qualité moyenne donc cela mériterait un rafraichissement
Sinon je valide quand meme à fond cette super maison !

Beautiful Villa

We were drawn to this villa by the pictures of the garden and pool on the website and were not disappointed. Absolutely fabulous. We didn’t want to leave it.
From first booking the villa to being greeted by Marc when we arrived was so easy. Marc was so informative.
We didn’t hire a car and didn’t find this a problem as the beach is 5 minutes away and the Supercor about a 15 minute walk. Although in a built up area it is very private and surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Such a beautiful relaxing place to stay.
We enjoyed every minute of staying here and if we return to this area will not hesitate to stay here again.

Having taken our first family villa holiday ( parents, children and granchildren ), was a bit dubious at first to book this direct ourselves without using the branded travel agents.
But it was a lot easier than we initialy thought it would be.
The villa was amazingly spacious, good sized rooms and swimming pool, which was well used by all. Well stocked gardens and the location was very private, but not too distant from the beach and other locations, which was easily accessible through public transport. ie. Gibraltar, Marbella.
Also spent many days walking into San Pedro and Puerto Ban’us to taste the local cuisine.
A very enjoyable holiday for all ages.
A family of five spent a fabulous July week in the house.

The house is indeed very nicely located. It has all the comfort expected for a family holiday with a nice pool, barbecue, the beach around the corner, a couple of restaurant and a quiet neighborhood.
We were very well received by the owner and the one or two questions on where to find things we had during our stay was very quickly resolved.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa !! Le quartier est agréable et la villa est à quelques minutes à peine de la grande promenade du bord de mer.
Le jardin est magnifique et l’on a plaisir à y passer du temps, avant de profiter de la très grande piscine. C’est très propre et notre hôte met à disposition tout le matériel nécessaire.
Nous recommandons cette maison !!

We stayed for one week with our our adult childeren. It is a cousy house , with a very nice swimmingpool and well equipped garden. We could see that the house is normally inhabited with many books on the shelves etc. That makes you feel at home.
The owner is very polite and helpful.
All you need is in the neighborhood: supermarket at 800 m , the beach at 350 m.
Lovely property, great Location, peaceful but only minutes from the hussle and bussle.

A fantastic property, well proportioned and laid out. Pool and gardens are amazing and it is well located with the beach minutes walk away.
The Villa is very private and quite but within walking distance of Porto Banus and San Pedro allowing us to enjoy both relaxing and chilled days as well as the vibrant night life.
Marc was fantastic meeting us at the property and explaining how the property worked and also the lay of the land and what to do and where to go locally.
After spending 4 weeks in the Villa we cannot recommend the property and the owner more.

We were to families travelling with kids and Marc`s house was perfect! It was spacious, with all we needed. The garden and the pool was amazing, we enjoyed it a lot. The area around was also nice, quiet and we felt safe all the time. Nice walk to the supermarket, even With the small kids. Thanks a lot for letting us stay, Marc, you did everything to make sure we had a good time and if there were any questions you answered quickly.
We loved Our stay and would definitely recommened the Villa to other Travelers.

From my initial communication with Marc, I knew that this was going to be a great holiday. He took the time to respond to all of our questions and provided lots of information about the local area. We were delayed collecting our hire car from the airport but I let Marc know and he was waiting for us as we arrived. He took the time to walk us round each room and make we were happy with everything.
The Villa is wonderful. We often woke to the sound of birds tweeting and had leisurely breakfasts on the patio. The kitchen has everything you would need to make really quite advanced meals although we used the BBQ often. Did I mention that it’s huge? You can lose people in it. We were there with a heavy snorer and we didn’t hear him once! The upstairs balcony is a nice area if you want to some private time. The pool is perfect, big enough to swim lengths and play games in. The Villa is walking distance to restaurants in San Pedro and close to the beach. This was easily the best 7 nights we’ve spent in Spain and we will be back.

We have just returned from our holiday in this beautiful Villa. Marc was fantastic from start to finish felt very looked after! Villa has everything you need & more. Thank you so much for stocking the fridge for us very much appreciated after our long journey. We didn’t want to leave , the pictures really don’t do it justice it’s so vast and spacious. The swimming pool is huge and we had so much fun! Thank you from all of us for a wonderful holiday.

Just returned home from a fabulous long weekend away with friends who recommended the villa to us when they stayed for two weeks in April. The villa was beautiful especially the outside with all the flowers in bloom, the weather was lovely for that time of year and we will defiantly will be returning next year. Would highly recommend.

La villa est superbe est très propre a notre arrivé tout était nickel de plus le jardin est la piscine sont juste incroyable !
Toute les chambres disposent de leur propre salle de bain/toilette, dans un état impeccable !
Nous étions 6 adultes et un bébé est avons tous passé un agréable séjour. La villa est très bien situé, a quelque pas du bord de mer, (5min de marche) et il y a un supermarché et bar a 5min.
Marc a était un super hôte du début a la fin. il est très professionnel, et très a l’écoute, nous le remercions.
Le plus de cette location reste pour moi la piscine et le jardin et la location !

We returned yesterday from a week-long stay at Marc’s beautiful villa, situated in Cortijo Blanco urbanisation, a well-established suburb of the Marbella region. As a family of three – my wife and I and our 7 month old – we were spoiled by the generous 4 double bedrooms, communal areas and outdoor space (the villa sits on quite an ample plot of verdant grass secured by high walls lined with purple bougainvillea). Large or multiple families would be well accommodated here.
Marc greeted us on arrival, helping us with our luggage into the master bedroom and then giving us a tour of the property. He was very helpful answering our questions – we were particularly eager to locate a supermarket to get stocked up on food and drinks ahead of the England game playing later that day – and even sent me directions via WhatsApp.
Unlike some of the other guests before us, we did opt for a car rental. It is by no means essential or necessary but did make those supermarket trips easier and the wider region more accessible. I would recommend a walk to Puerto Banús marina (a chance to see super yachts and supercars) and a visit to the towns of Marbella and Estepona for eating, shopping and soaking up some Spanish culture.
The villa is equipped with a large SMART tv hooked up to Satellite (Euro channels, mostly German) and has a decent wireless provision of broadband connectivity. I ran a speed test from my IPad and clocked a download speed of 35MB, which is ample for any streaming services you have on your mobile device (you can run Netflix right off the tv). There are also board games and a collection of English and German books for entertainment.
Our recommendation to Marc would be to install air conditioning sometime in the future (fans are provided and do a fairly good job of cooling the bedrooms down at night). Overall, this was a great holiday for us and we highly recommend Villa don Carlos to others.
Wunderbare Villa, Anwesen an sehr schöner, ruhiger Lage

Die Villa liegt in einem schönen, gepflegten Villenquartier. Die Lage ist bezüglich Weg zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant`s optimal. Trotz dieser guten Lage bezüglich Einkauf und Restaurants ist es immer sehr sehr ruhig.
Wir haben in der Villa sechs Wochen verbracht und waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr, sehr happy und glücklich.
Die Villa hat sehr viel Charm und bietet anhand Grösse auch bei mehreren Urlaubern eine sehr gute Privatsphäre
Der Garten ist wunderbar, überall blühen Blumen und es gibt viele verschiedenste Blumen zu entdecken. Auch bietet der Garten genügend Platz um mit den Kids etwelche Ballspiele zu machen .
Die Poolanlage wird min. jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt .
Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und waren den ganzen Urlaub über sehr gut betreut.
Wir können das Anwesen herzlich empfehlen und kommen gerne bei nächster Gelegenheit wiede

My family and I were absolutely thrilled with the villa. Upon arrival it was immediately clear that the villa would not just meet our high expectations but also surpass them. The villa is full of character. It is clean, comfortable and well presented. It has spacious rooms and ample bathrooms which have been modernized. Inside the villa has everything you might need including excellent WIFI!!
Where this villa surpassed our expectations was the spacious and very well maintained outdoor garden with a large and welcoming swimming pool. The garden is full of colour and has comfortable spacious seating areas for catching some rays, having drinks before dinner or hosting a big family dinner al fresco.
Marc met us on our arrival to help us find our feet and introduced us to the door of the fridge which holds all the info you might need for your holiday while in the villa and out about town and the beach!!
it would be a pleasure to recommend Villa don Carlos to friends and family and we look forward to a future visit there.

Upon arrival and meeting Marc we were both surprised on how beautiful the villa was. The pictures of the garden, pool area and roof sun terrace do not do this property justice! Marc was very welcoming and provided fantastic customer service throughout the process. Marc was very knowledgeable of the area and there was ample information within the welcome pack of all local amenities as well as excursions. Marc also provided a guided tour of the villa & ensured we was comfortable with how everything worked and where to find everything.
The property itself was very well maintained and even had a local gardener that came twice a week to maintain/clean the pool and garden, we didn’t even see/hear him though we knew he had definitely been!
The interior of the villa was very well equipped, Internet, TV etc. However will say we couldn’t find any English channels though this wasn’t an issue as the 50″ tv was a smart TV so easy to get Netflix or Youtube if needed and besides you don’t come on holiday to watch TV! With 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms this was more than ample especially for just the 2 of us! The 2 beds we did use were very comfortable & yes found it very hard to get out of in the morning, especially my wife!
The actual location of the villa was ideal for us, it’s in a quiet urbanisation and did not feel overlooked at all. It’s a stones throw from the beach which has a lovely promenade and numerous restaurants to choose from. The town of San Pedro is only a 15-20 min slow walk away with some lovely shops/bars & restaurants and is also very well priced and certainly has more the feel of a real Spanish town. Again if you are looking for a little more then Puerto Banus is also just a 15-20min slow walk away along the beach pathway/promenade which also has plenty more beaches/bars & restaurants enroute. If you would rather get a taxi then look to pay no more than 10 euros each way to or from Puerto Banus. Finally regarding the location it was in close proximity to both a super market and an Irish bar which had all the sport you needed and I must say the locals and bar staff were so friendly and welcoming, Joey the owner and Sam behind the bar were great guys! The local ex pats were also very friendly.
A hire car is not needed for this location unless you have good reason. Would I recommend this property? Yes 100% Will we stay again? Yes 100% & very soon! Marc, thanks for a great stay & look forward to seeing you again soon BR Al & Katy.

We were two families staying in this lovely house for a week in July. The house was very neat, tidy and absolutely beutiful! The garden had a big lawn perfect for the kids to play football etc and the pool was of course lovely. Very suitable for two families with kids, close to the beach as well as restaurants and supermarket. Puerto Banus is just a walk away and some really nice beach restaurants/bars along the way. We didn´t have a car during our stay and it worked out really fine, we very much enjoyed have all we needed within walking distance. We got very quick response to our queries before arrival and the owner also arranged with a cot for our baby. I would definately recommend the house (if the house have had wi-fi it would absolutely be a 5 star!).

The villa was fantastic! The photos on the website do not convey the size of the garden surrounding the villa, it was very extensive and with the benefit of a high wall and colourful bushes surrounding the whole property, the privacy it afforded was excellent. We could spend the whole day by the pool and not see another person if we wanted. It felt like a a real retreat from the outside world. The pool area was spacious and the pool itself was surpridsingly large, the kids loved it. The villa itself was tastefully decorated and well equipped with plenty of space for 2 families if required. We would thoroughly recommend this property and will definitely go again!

Traumhaftes Anwesen, nur 5 Gehminuten von Strand entfernt. Großzügige, helle Räume, gepflegte Badezimmer und ein wunderschöner Garten mit Pool. Das Haus sowie das gesamte Anwesen ist viel größer als es auf den Bildern erscheint.
Es ist optimal für Familien mit Kindern oder 6-7 Erwachsenen Personen. Wir waren dreimal zu zweit da und dreimal als Gruppe von 6 Personen da und haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt.
Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was Sie für den täglichen Bedarf brauchen (komplette Küchenausstattung, Handtücher, Grill,usw.).
Das Haus war immer sehr sauber, der Garten super gepflegt; sogar der Außenpool wird regelmäßig gesäubert. Gegenüber herkömmlichen spanischen Fincas ein wahrer Luxus.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt beim SuperSol.
Wir waren oft im Sommer da. Aber auch in den Wintermonaten war das Wetter meist schon. Im Haus befindet sich eine Ölheizung und zwei Kaminofen. Brennholz zum Befeuern war auch immer ausreichend vorhanden.
Die nahegelegene Strandpromenade führt bis Marbella und eignet sich wunderbar zum joggen oder für lange Spaziergänge.
Entlang der Promenade finden Sie nette Restaurants, chillige Strandbars, Beachclubs und schöne Badebuchten, die gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
Nach etwa 3 km Fußweg entlang der Strandpromenade erreichen Sie den bekannten Jachthafen „Puerto Banus“ und schon die ersten Luxus Hotel-Anlagen von Marbella.
Es war jedesmal sehr schön – wir kommen gerne wieder 🙂
